Services & Fees

I am pleased to offer all my services virtually, using a reliable and secure video platform provided by Jane App — a company based in BC. All you need is your smartphone or computer with an internet connection. No need to worry about finding an office location, or waiting in a reception area. Simply connect with me from the comfort of your own space at a time that suits you best. This convenient and accessible approach allows us to focus on your care and support, without any added stress.

Nutrition  Counselling

As a Registered Dietitian in the province of BC, my services are only permitted to BC residents.

Nutrition  Consulting

Discovery Call

15 minutes, complimentary

  • For new/potential clients, please schedule a Discovery Call prior to booking your Initial Assessment.

  • This essential step will help me to better understand your expectations, and determine if my services will be well suited to your goals.

Individual Initial Assessment

60 minutes for $150

  • Prior to your initial consult you will fill out a detailed intake form, so I can gain insight about your past medical history and your current nutritional concerns. If you are unable to complete the intake in advance, we will use the time in our consult to complete it together.
     

  • During the initial assessment, I will ask questions to get a better understanding of your story, and we will work collaboratively to address your dietary health concerns, and set goals for meaningful change.

  • When needed, handouts to support education will be uploaded to your Jane App profile. All communication about therapeutic intervention will be sent via the Jane App.

Individual Follow-up Visit

45 minutes for $120, or 30 minutes for $90

  • A longer follow-up is recommended in the early stages of our relationship, while we are actively revising your plan. More time might also be preferred for our ongoing relationship, for individuals needing more complex support.

  • A shorter follow-up is usually sufficient, when you are ready for maintenance care, and/or for individuals who need less support.

​

  • At follow-ups we will review your symptoms and goals, plus make note of any changes since the previous appointment. This information will help provide me with insight on your ongoing challenges, so that we can better refine your plan.

​

  • My hope is to providing coaching, and structure to hold you accountable to your goals, with the ultimate plan to empower you to become independently self-managing.

Provider Consults

Please email to arrange for this appointment

  • Please book a Provider Consultation if you are another Health Care Provider, who is wanting to learn more about dietetic services in relation to this niche population.

  • If you intend to disclose personal or medical details about a particular case, I will require that you submit your client's signed consent form in advance.

Live Webinar Sessions

60-120 minutes, Fee based on scope of project

  • If you are a business or Health Care Provider requesting a live speaking engagement, please feel welcome to email me to book a meeting, so we can discuss the scope of your project.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that managing energy-limiting chronic illness can be challenging, and I want to support you as much as possible. However, to ensure that resources are used effectively, the following cancellation policy is in place:

 

1. I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. You can cancel appointments anytime online via the Jane App booking system. Releasing the appointment in a timely manner, allows others to take advantage of the available slot.

 

2. Late cancellations (i.e. less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows (i.e. cancellations after the session starts), incur the full fee. However, if you reschedule within 30 days, I will credit you half the fee incurred for the missed appointment.
